A Blu Upright Fridge is perfect for professional kitchens which require a high volume of refrigerated storage. For the most flexible bulk storage, load gastronorm trays directly onto the shelf supports or use the shelves supplied to store food in any container. They are supplied on castors, making it simple to pull the unit out for a deep clean.
