The Hobart Ecomax Plus G415S is a high-performance commercial glasswasher designed for busy bars, restaurants, cafés, and hospitality venues. Capable of washing up to 60 racks (approximately 640 pint glasses) per hour, it delivers outstanding cleaning performance while minimising water and energy consumption.

Featuring an integral water softener, the G415S is ideal for hard water areas, helping to reduce limescale build-up, improve wash quality, and extend the life of the machine. Its built-in design also eliminates the need for a separate external softener, saving valuable space.

The upgraded single-button control panel with a digital temperature display makes operation quick and intuitive, while the integrated USB interface allows for easy servicing, diagnostics, and software updates. Double-skinned construction reduces heat loss and operating noise, and the Thermostop rinse control ensures every rinse reaches the correct sanitising temperature before the cycle is completed.

For added convenience, the G415S includes a built-in drain pump, automatic detergent and rinse aid dosing equipment, and a self-flushing hygiene programme. With six wash programmes, including an energy-saving ESave cycle and a dedicated cutlery cycle, it provides the flexibility and efficiency required for demanding commercial environments.
