The Hobart Ecomax F504 Undercounter Dishwasher is a high-performance commercial dishwasher designed to deliver consistently excellent washing results while minimising water, energy and detergent consumption. Ideal for restaurants, cafés, pubs and commercial kitchens, it features a compact 25-litre wash tank, 500 × 500mm basket and can process up to 60 racks per hour. Advanced rotating upper and lower wash and rinse arms with anti-block jets ensure complete cleaning coverage, while the intuitive soft-touch electronic controls, thermo-stop rinse control and automatic detergent and rinse aid dosing provide reliable performance and outstanding hygiene. Built from durable stainless steel in Germany, the F504 also includes an integral drain pump, booster pump and energy-saving wash programmes to reduce operating costs without compromising results.
