The Hobart Ecomax F504S Undercounter Dishwasher combines high-performance dishwashing with the added benefit of an integral water softener, making it the ideal solution for commercial kitchens in hard water areas. Designed to deliver consistently excellent cleaning results while reducing water, energy and detergent consumption, it can process up to 60 racks per hour and accommodates larger items thanks to its 360mm loading height. The factory-fitted water softener automatically regenerates to protect the machine against limescale, extending its service life and ensuring optimum wash performance. Built in Germany from durable stainless steel, the F504S also features rotating upper and lower wash and rinse arms, intuitive soft-touch electronic controls, an integral booster pump, drain pump, automatic detergent and rinse aid dosing, and a range of energy-saving wash programmes for reliable, economical operation.
