The Hobart Ecomax Plus F515 is a high-performance undercounter commercial dishwasher designed to deliver outstanding cleaning results in busy restaurants, cafés, hotels, pubs, and catering establishments. With the capacity to wash up to 60 racks per hour, it combines powerful cleaning performance with low water, energy, and chemical consumption to maximise efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Featuring an upgraded single-button control panel with a digital temperature display, the F515 is simple to operate, while the integrated USB interface allows for easy servicing, diagnostics, and software updates. The powerful wash pump, combined with separate upper and lower wash arms and advanced VECTOR wide-angle wash jets, ensures complete wash coverage for consistently excellent cleaning results.

The dishwasher incorporates SMARTRONIC controls, the INTENSIV three-stage wash system with pre-wash function, and ACCURINSE technology to remove more food soil while reducing water, detergent, rinse aid, and energy consumption. Its double-skinned construction minimises heat loss and operating noise, while Ecotherm maintains the optimum wash temperature for superior detergent performance.

Supplied with an integral drain pump, automatic detergent and rinse aid dosing equipment, and a hygienic self-flushing drain cycle, the F515 is easy to maintain and highly economical to run. With six wash programmes, including Hygiene, ESave, and a dedicated Cutlery cycle, it offers the flexibility required for demanding commercial kitchens.
