The Hobart Ecomax Plus F515LS is a high-performance undercounter commercial dishwasher designed for busy restaurants, bakeries, hotels, cafés, and catering kitchens. Combining the versatility of an extra-deep wash chamber with an integral water softener, it is ideal for washing 600 × 400 mm bakery trays, EN containers, crockery, and utensils, while protecting the machine from limescale build-up in hard water areas.

Capable of washing up to 60 racks per hour, the F515LS delivers powerful cleaning performance while keeping water, energy, and chemical consumption to a minimum. The upgraded single-button control panel with digital temperature display provides simple operation, while the integrated USB interface enables easy servicing, diagnostics, and software updates.

The dishwasher features SMARTRONIC controls, the INTENSIV three-stage wash system with pre-wash function, ACCURINSE technology, and advanced VECTOR wide-angle wash jets for exceptional cleaning results with reduced operating costs. Its double-skinned insulated cabinet and door minimise heat loss and operating noise, while Ecotherm maintains the optimum wash temperature for superior detergent performance.

Supplied with an integral drain pump, automatic detergent and rinse aid dosing equipment, and a hygienic self-flushing drain cycle, the F515LS is built for reliable day-to-day performance in demanding commercial kitchens.
