The Hobart Ecomax Plus G515 is a high-performance commercial glasswasher designed to deliver exceptional cleaning results in busy bars, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues. With a 500 × 500 mm basket and the capacity to wash up to 60 racks (approximately 1,500 pint glasses) per hour, it provides fast, efficient operation to keep up with high-demand environments.

Featuring an upgraded single-button control panel with a digital temperature display, the G515 is simple to operate while the integrated USB interface allows for easy servicing, diagnostics, and software updates. Its powerful wash pump, combined with rotating upper and lower wash arms and advanced wide-angle anti-block jets, ensures complete wash coverage for consistently sparkling glassware.

The machine incorporates SMARTRONIC controls, an Intensiv three-stage wash system, and a pre-wash function to remove significantly more soiling, while the Accurinse system reduces fresh water, energy, detergent, and rinse aid consumption for lower operating costs. Double-skinned construction minimises heat loss and operating noise, and the Thermostop rinse control guarantees the correct sanitising rinse temperature before each cycle is completed.

Supplied with an integral drain pump and automatic detergent and rinse aid dosing equipment as standard, the G515 is easy to maintain and economical to operate. With eight wash programmes, including dedicated glass, bottle, cutlery, hygiene, and energy-saving cycles, it offers outstanding flexibility for a wide range of commercial washing applications.
