The Hobart Ecomax Plus G515S is a high-performance commercial glasswasher designed for busy bars, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality venues. Featuring a 500 × 500 mm basket and an integral water softener, it delivers outstanding washing performance while protecting the machine from limescale build-up in hard water areas. Capable of washing up to 60 racks (approximately 1,500 pint glasses) per hour, it provides fast, reliable results even during peak service.

The upgraded single-button control panel with a digital temperature display makes operation simple and intuitive, while the integrated USB interface allows for quick servicing, diagnostics, and software updates. Equipped with SMARTRONIC controls, an Intensiv three-stage wash system, Accurinse technology, and advanced wide-angle anti-block wash jets, the G515S delivers excellent cleaning performance while reducing water, energy, detergent, and rinse aid consumption.

Its double-skinned cabinet and door minimise operating noise and heat loss, improving energy efficiency and creating a quieter working environment. The built-in drain pump, automatic detergent and rinse aid dosing equipment, and self-flushing hygiene programme make daily operation and maintenance straightforward. With eight wash programmes, including dedicated glass, bottle, cutlery, hygiene, and energy-saving cycles, the G515S offers exceptional flexibility for demanding commercial environments.
