The Hobart Ecomax Plus H615 is a high-performance pass-through hood dishwasher designed for busy commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and catering operations requiring fast, reliable, and efficient washing performance. Engineered in Germany, it can wash up to 60 racks per hour and features a unique four-sided fully enclosed hood that reduces heat and steam loss, helping to improve energy efficiency and minimise the need for additional extraction.

The upgraded design includes a convenient single-button control panel positioned on top of the hood for easy access, even in corner installations. With a generous 440 mm hood opening height, the H615 can accommodate larger items such as pizza plates, while its double-racking capability provides excellent flexibility for high-volume operations.

Equipped with Hobart’s advanced INTENSIV wash system, ACCURINSE technology, and VECTOR wide-angle wash jets, the H615 delivers powerful cleaning performance while reducing water, detergent, rinse aid, and energy consumption. The powerful wash pump, separate upper and lower wash arms, and two-stage filtration system ensure consistent results and reliable operation.
