The Hobart Ecomax Plus H615S is a high-performance pass-through hood dishwasher designed for demanding commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. Combining powerful cleaning performance with energy-efficient operation, it can wash up to 60 racks per hour (1,080 plates) while maintaining low water and energy consumption.

Featuring an integral water softener, the H615S is ideal for hard water areas, helping to reduce limescale build-up, maintain optimum wash performance, and extend the service life of the machine. The upgraded design includes a single-button control panel positioned on top of the hood for easy operation, even in corner installations, along with a USB interface for simplified servicing, diagnostics, maintenance, and software updates.

The H615S incorporates advanced INTENSIV wash technology, ACCURINSE, and VECTOR wide-angle wash jets to provide excellent cleaning results while reducing water, detergent, rinse aid, and energy consumption. Its unique four-sided enclosed hood design minimises heat and steam loss, helping to improve efficiency and reduce the need for additional extraction systems.

Built for reliability and ease of use, the machine includes automatic detergent and rinse aid dosing, an integral drain pump, a hygienic self-flushing drain cycle, and a complete hygiene programme.
