Highly powerful infrared burners respond quicker and heat faster than standard burners, allowing you to increase your output and achieve energy savings at the same time. Perfect for any busy commercial kitchen, the chargrill comes with heavy-duty cast iron branding grids with a reversible design for uninterrupted cooking and self cleaning at maximum power. There’s also flame failure protection for added safety.
